Prof. Makoto Kato is an expert of Geotechnical Engineering, Soil Conservation and Groundwater Engineering. Currently working at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. He is also consultant of NTC International company. He has headed several oganisations and technology missions in Japan. He wish to work for development of Bihar and plans to survey Gaya for underground dam construction for underground water preservation, and supply to farmers during summers.

Prof. Masahiro Saito, a well known researcher in Japan, is presently working at Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute, Tsukuba, Japan – known as the science city of Japan. His research area includes, forest ecology, silviculture, and afforestation of arid land. He was chief of the institute’s Community dynamics laboratory and, Director, Silviculture division from 1988 to 2004. He had served for a long time in various capacities at Nigata University (1973-1988), Prof. Sanjay Kumar is currently working at Seikei University, Japan. His areas of research interests are, Very Large Scale PV systems, Solar PV application, Solar Thermal Energy, Dynamic System Modelling, Fault Detection and Diagnosis, Energy conservation. He is quite keen on taking up rural development through efficient energy route in Bihar. Prof. Kumar is an alumni of Netarhat School, Patna Sc. College, IIT Delhi and Kyoto University, Japan.
