Twenty-first century India is changing fast so is Bihar. Six years back the state witnessed a change of guard which gave initial hope to the common citizens. Last year they once again put a stamp of approval on the same political establishment––in fact with much more bigger mandate.

Still there is yearn among the people for change––change not only in the personality, but overall social, economic and political spectra.

The need of new paradigms of development has to be explored and enforced to make sustainable as well as equitable development in the state. Initially perceived as a huge market for consumption fast turning into a green pasture for innovations and new interventions.
