After the Global Meet on the Resurgent Bihar 2007 bihartimes.com now heads for another milestone in its ten-year long challenging journey. The premier-most decade-old news portal of Bihar is organizing a two-day “BIHARTIMES CONCLAVE 09' ” at Hotel Maurya, Patna on December 19-20, 2009 (Saturday-Sunday). The overall objective of the scheduled conclave is to bring together captains of industry and trade, policy-makers, scholars, development practitioners and social activists on one common platform to explore opportunities and partnerships for playing effective roles in the development of Bihar. The conclave shall enable individuals and organizations concerned to appreciate the situation and forge partnerships for undertaking various initiatives for the development of the state.
